From start to finish, Crystal Hot Water were a pleasure to deal with! Not only did they communicate well, they were very informative, prompt and very easy to deal with- which was useful as I was doing it on behalf of my parents. What turned out to be a more difficult install, they still managed to get done on the day and did a great job insulating the piping around the heat pump. Thank you again for such great service!

Install was great by their trade. Allan supported all the way managing small hicupps with the trade. Wudn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing works
