Refund policy

Right of return
If you are dissatisfied with any goods supplied by us, you may return them to Crystal Hot Water within 7 days of the date of delivery. 

Acceptance of returned goods will be subject to: 

(a) you providing proof of purchase; 
(b) you having taken reasonable care of the goods; and 
(c) the goods not having been damaged by use of them in ways they were not meant to be used. 

Refunds
In the event that the goods are found by Crystal Hot Water to be faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the goods and your reasonable freight costs upon providing receipts for those costs to Crystal Hot Water.

Replacements
In circumstances where the goods are not faulty and in Crystal Hot Water’s sole opinion, you are not entitled to return goods, Crystal Hot Water reserves the right to offer you the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods or alternatively the repair or cost of repair of the goods.

Nothing in this refund policy affects your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations
